Assets Cash At Bank The Company operated a bank account with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc Companies House shows that they have a debenture incorporating fixed and floating charges dated 5 November 2007 but the account has a credit balance of £4,647 2. Empioyee Claims / ERA’2006 Claims (est.) Where applicable, employees will be entitled to make claims (subject to certain limits) under the Employment Rights Act 2006 (ERA'2006) from the goverment department known as the Redundancy Payments Service ("RPS") The Employee claims may include arrears of pay, holiday pay, compensation in lieu of notice and redundancy As all employees left when the club was destroyed there will be no employee claims due 3.
