Historically another company owned and controlled by the director has loaned the company monies to assist cash flow, the amount currently owing to them has been reconciled with that company's records The amount due under the lease of the former trading premises has not been quantified. Claims of creditors will be subject to admission by the duly appointed hquidator in the usual way
