Notes to the Statement of Affairs

    1   The directors have advised that a small amount of electrical equipment and stock was
        owned by the Company, however, the location and working status of these items Is to be
        established following theft issues on site         The duly appointed       liquidator will need to
        review the position in respect of these assets

   2    The Directors have advised that a bank balance of £585 ts held in the Company’s
        business account The duly appointed liquidator ts to liaise with the Company's bankers
        in respect of this

    3   The Company      has submitted    an insurance claim as a result of the various issues that
        arose onsite The duly appointed Liquidator will review this in due course to establish if
        any funds can be recovered for the benefit of the liquidation estate

   4    Pursuant to Section 176A of The Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended), a Prescribed Part of
        the Company’s net assets should be set aside for the benefit of unsecured                  creditors
        This reduces the funds that would otherwise be made available to any secured creditor
        under Floating Charges created after 15 September 2003

        The Company has granted          no   floating   charges   and   so   the   prescribed   part   Is   not
        applicable in this matter

    5   The values for trade & expense         creditors are taken from the company’s books and
        records Any variation from the         creditors’ records may be investigated by the duly
        appointed Liquidator

    6   The inclusion of a claim does not constitute admission of the debt            All claims are subject
        to formal adjudication

    7   The   position   regarding   liabilities to HMRC    will need    to be established       by the duly
        appointed liquidator following the submission of final returns
