Statement Of Affairs Notes

Note 1

The company has two bank accounts, one with Barclays Bank Pic the other with Lloyds Bank There is
currently a credit balance at Barclays in the sum of £1,889 55, together with a liability of £1,291 82 which will
be offset against the credit balance The balance held at Lloyds Bank Pic Is currently £38 08

Note 2

The company has a contract hire agreement in respect of a Mercedes E220 CDI (Registration LS62 ZNJ)
There are two payments remaining under the contract of £818 36 This vehicle Is to be returned to
Mercedes Benz Finance and any loss arising will be claimed within the fiquidation
