Statement Of Affairs Notes

Note 1

The company provided a rent deposit to the landlord, M D Motors in the sum of £5,300   | understand that
there are rent arrears of circa £3,000 together with dilapidations

Note 2

The company had a lease agreement with Kennet Leasing in relation to an LDV Van, registration PO58
ORL This vehicle was sold prior to my appointment for the sum of £2,500 plus VAT The sum owed to
Kennet Leasing being the shortfall, which the director has personally guaranteed

Note 3

A breakdown of the HM Revenue & Customs arrears are set out below -
