Notes to the statement of affairs

1   The statement of affairs ignores the costs of insolvency




    Section 176A of the Insolvency Act 1986 ( the prescribed part) does not apply in this case as there 1s no
    floating charge created after 15 September 2003




    There are no chattel assets belonging to the company other than a television The director owns the large
    part of the chattel assets located at the premises, via an agreement with the Landlord and the company has
    no interest in those assets However, the director, Chris Broughton has made an offer for any assets that the
    company may own, if any, and including the television, the nght to use the name or similar name, The
    Turks Head, and any goodwill for £3,600 Agents for the company CJM Asset Management of
    Scunthorpe, are holding £2,900 in respect of the director's offer A duly appointed liquidator will consider
    the offer
    The inclusion of creditor balances on the statement of affairs 1s as per the company's records Claims of
    creditors will be subject to admission by the duly appointed liquidator in the usual way
