Note 1

DA   Phillips & Co Limited and Visma Trehan Trustees of Spirit Mens and Ladies Wear Ltd Pension Scheme,
have a debenture incorporating a fixed and floating charge at Companies House dated 23/04/2014 The
Liquidator will need to consider the validity of this debenture should funds be available for the chargeholder

Note 2

The business and assets of the company have been valued by professional agents and the ex situ figures
from the valuation have been used for the purpose of the statement of affairs A connected company,   AR A
(2014) Ltd, has expressed interest in purchasing these assets

The majority of the stock is out of season and ofd items, with only a handfut of items per style   Some ts also
subject to claims from the suppliers
