Statement Of Affairs Notes

Note 1

The company's assets have been valued by professional valuers, Rabbow & Co LLP, and the willing
purchaser values have been used for the purposes of the estimated to realise values in the Statement of
Affairs The report and valuation provided by Rabbow & Co LLP indicates that the company's assets have
no value on a forced sale basis

The company owns one vehicle which is a Peugeot Expert, registration HGO7 WDA This vehicle is currently
In a garage which has a lien over the vehicle and, as such, will not release the vehicle until their outstanding
bill of £2,413 68 has been settled This has been taken into account in the valuation of the vehicle

A retention of £15,850 ts currently being held by one of the company's clients in respect of an uncompleted
project The client is currently preparing a report and it is unlikely that any monies will be forthcoming
