                       Notes to the Directors Estimated Statement of Affairs

1.    Introduction

     11     The amounts included 1n the directors’ Statement of Affairs are subject to the
            costs and expenses of the realisation of assets, and to the costs of the Liquidation
            proceedings.

     12     The information provided at the creditors’ meeting has been extracted from the
            Company’s financial books and records

2     ‘Flight Simulator

     2.1.   The Company owns a 2012 Boeing 737 NG flight simulator, which 1s subject to a
            contract hire agreement with Commercial Vehicle Solutions Limited (“CVS”)

     2.2.   The total amount outstanding to CVS,        including   termination   and   settlement
            charges, 1s advised by CVS to be £32,579

     2.3.   Agents John Pye & Sons Limited (“Pyes”) were instructed to independently value
            the flight simulator and are of the opinion that it has an in-situ value of £50,000.

3     Furniture & Fixtures

      3.1. The Company also owns furniture and fixtures which has been valued by Pyes, on a
           forced sale basis, at £900

4     Cash at Bank

     41.    There is currently an amount of £4,006 held in the Company bank account at HSBC
            Bank Plc, which will be collected by the duly appointed Liquidator

5     Prescribed Part

     51     Section 176A, Insolvency Act 1986 requires the Liquidator to set aside a prescribed
            amount of the Company’s “net property” towards the satisfaction of unsecured
            debts. Net property is the amount of property that would otherwise be avatlable
            for the satisfaction of holders of debentures secured by, or holders of, any
            floating charge created by the Company after 15 September 2003.

     52     In this case, there 1s no floating charge holder and therefore, the Prescribed    Part
            does not apply.

6     Non Preferential Creditors

     61     The trade and expense creditors are shown on the attached schedule.         Claims are
            subject to adjudication by the duly appointed Liquidator

      6.2. Directors Loan Account

            621      The Company records indicate that Mark Onyett and Andrew Wallace are
                       owed £20,000 and £30,000 respectively in relation to their loan accounts

Inclusion in the Statement of Affairs does not constitute acknowledgement of a claim
against the Company. It will be the responsibility of the Liquidator, when appointed, to
agree the claims of creditors.
