Statement Of Affairs Notes

Note 1

The director has paid the outstanding loan account balance due to Nationa! Westminster Bank Plc under the
terms of her personal guarantee It ts considered likely that she will now have a subrogated claim under the
bank's debenture and therefore benefit from the secunty of their fixed and floating charge The Liquidator
will need to confirm this position in due course

Note 2

The Director has advanced this sum in order to meet part of the costs of Liquidation and it 1s therefore
included in her balance as a creditor
