Notes to the statement of affairs

1   The statement of affairs ignores the costs of insolvency




2   Section 176A of the Insolvency Act 1986 ( the prescribed part) does not apply in this case as there 1s no
    floating charge created after 15 September 2003




3   The chattel assets of the company were sold prior to liquidation for £2,700 by Mr Maharban Ali on 14
    September 2014 and were valued by Michael Baitson of Gilbert Bartson, auctioneers and valuers in Hull
    No formal accounts have been prepared by the company




4   The debts due to   H M Revenue & Customs are best estimates only




5   The inclusion of creditor balances on the statement of affairs 1s as per the company's records   Claims of
    creditors will be subject to admission by the duly appomted liquidator in the usual way
