Notes to Statement of Affairs

   1     The figure of £12,466 for the lease has been depreciated at 20% per annum from
         the last account where it was shown   as £16,403   This figure relates to the lease
         on the trading premises which has a breech       clause on the company     entering
         liquidation and so 1s thought to have no value
