NOTES TO THE COMPANY’S STATEMENT OF AFFAIRS
As at 26 September 2013
1. The Statement of affairs does not take into account the costs of the Administration.
2 Asa result of the sale of the business and certain assets, the employees were transferred under
the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (“TUPE”} resulting in
no claims arising in respect of the Company's former employees.
3. The stated liability In respect of monies due to trade creditors does not take into account any
anticipated deductions made in respect of retention of title claims, nor any independent
settlements made by Glen Dimplex Home Apphances Limited
4, The stated liability in respect of monies due to HM Revenue & Customs for VAT does not take
into account the VAT liability owing for the period from 1 August 2013 to 26 September 2013.
5 The total assets available to unsecured creditors of £292,541 74 does not take into account the
freehold property sale proceeds, the value of which is uncertain at this stage.
