                              NOTES TO THE ESTIMATED STATEMENT OF AFFAIRS

All book values have been taken from the Company's latest financial information provided by the directors, group
companies, the Company's advisors or from valuations obtained from independent valuation agents It should be noted
that no provision has been made for the costs of preparation of the same, the costs of convening the meetings of
members and creditors, agents’ costs or the costs and expenses of the Liquidation


1.      Assets Specifically Pledged
         Rent Deposit
        The book vatue of the rent deposit has been provided by the directors The landlord holds a rent deposit deed
        created on 22 May 2007 and registered at Companies House on 8 June 2007 The estimated to realise value
        has been shown as uncertain for the purposes of the statement of affairs, as itis estimated that the landlord will
        submit a claim in the insolvent liquidation for amounts due under leasehold Where applicable, the value of the
        landlords’ claim should not be regarded as an agreed amount


2.      Assets Not Specifically Pledged
        Cash at Bank
        The bank account is currently in credit in the sum of £57,597, subject to any accrued interest and charges
        reaming to be applied to the account
        Rates Refund
        The rates have been paid up unti! 31 March 2015 and a refund has been estimated for the penod 20 February
        2015 to 31 March 2015


3.      Employee Claims / ERA’2006 Claims (est.)
        Where applicable, employees will be entitled to make claims (subject to certain limits) under the Employment
        Rights Act 2006 (ERA’2006) from the government department known as the Redundancy Payments Service
        ("RPS") The Employee claims may include arrears of pay, holiday pay, compensation in lieu of notice and
        redundancy Where applicable, the RPS will make payments directly to the employees and then the RPS will
        then lodge a claim against the Company in respect of the payments it has made As all employees left the
        Company on 31 December 2014 with no amounts owing, no claims are expected to be received in this
        instance


4.      Prescribed Part
        As the Company has no unsatisfied post-Enterpnse Act charges, there will be no requirement to set aside a
        prescribed part in this case


5.      Trade, Expense & Inter-company Creditors
        Details of the Company's trade, expense and inter-company creditors have been extracted from the Company's
        books and records as provided by the directors A detailed list of these amounts has been provided at Appendix
        It’ The amounts shown should not be regarded as agreed amounts
