       The inclusion of any claim does not constitute an admittance of the debt All claims are subject
       to formal adjudication

       The above estimates are subject to the expenses of the liquidation and the expenses of
       realisation

       The bank held a fixed and floating charge dated 2 June 2011 over the company’s assets as well
       as a mortgage over the company’s trading premises All borrowing was repaid following a sale
       of the business premises to the director Gordon Bendali in September 2013

       The company’s assets have been valued by Neil Evans of Winter Hill Largo Limited in
       accordance with the standards of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors The figures
       included in the statement of affairs are the values of the assets ex situ The market value tn situ
       totals £46,500

       The valuers considered the value of the Goodwill and Intellectual Property of the company
       They concluded that for negotiation purposes a figure of £20,000-30,000 could be attributed
       to goodwill but noted that in an insolvency scenario realisations were likely to be lower

       Known bad book debts have been written off and the remainder written down based on age

       The cash in hand of third parties figure relates to debtors’ cheques held by Critchleys in a
       designated client's account

       PAYE/NIC 1s outstanding for the months April 2013 to date

       VAT 1s outstanding for the period April 2013 to date

10     The amounts owing preferentially and non-preferentially to the directors and employees relate
       to arrears of wages, pay in lteu of notice, holiday pay and redundancy
