All book values have been taken from the Company's latest financial information or from valuations obtained from
independent valuation agents {t should be noted that no provision has been made for the costs of preparaton of the
same, the costs of convening the meetings of members and creditors, agents’ costs or the costs and expenses of the
Liquidation

Goodwill
The book value of the goodwill has been extracted from the Company's balance sheet as at 31 March 2014
HSBC Bank Plc hold secunty by way of a debenture created on 8 December 1997 and registered on 18
December 1997 It is understood that the Bank has a cross Company guarantee covering any sums due from
Marketbest Limrted and Marketbest Yorkshire Limited

The book value of the sums due from Marketbest Yorkshire Limited and Amen Plant Ltd has been extracted
from the Company's books and records
The amounts due from Markethest Limited has been taken from the amount detailed in the proposal for the
Company Voluntary Arrangement There Is a further amount due in the Company books and records, however
given the inaccuracies in the books and records this amount has been excluded from the statement of affairs,
however will be investigated further dunng the liquidation
Given the insolvencies of Marketbest Limited and Marketbest Yorkshire Limited, it is not anticipated that funds
will be received fram this source
The book value of the sums due from Amer Plant Ltd £46,500 is due from Amen Plant Ltd, ard this is
anticipated to be received shortly
Plant and Machinery
The Company owned an amount of ‘yellow’ plant and machinery, located at vanous sites We understand that
items were sold on 2 January 2015, to Amen Plant Ltd, a connected Company
Motor Vehicles
The Company owned three motor vehicles We understand that ttems were sold on 2 January 2015, to Amen
Plant Ltd, a connected Company

Employee Claims f ERA’'2006 Claims (est.}
Where applicable, employees will be entitled to make claims (subject to certain imits) under the Employment
Rights Act 2006 (ERA'2006) from the government department known as the Redundancy Payments Service
('RPS"). The Employee claims may include arrears of pay, holiday pay, compensation in lieu of notice and
tedundancy Where applicable, the RPS will make payments directly to the employees and then the RPS will
then lodge a claim agaist the Company in respect of the payments it has made Employee Claims / ERA’2006
have been estimated for the purposes of the statement of affairs and are not considered as agreed amounts
Prescribed Part
As the Company has no unsatisfied post-Enterpnse Act charges, there will be no requirement to set aside a
prescnbed part in this case
HM Revenue & Customs - PAYE / NI & VAT
The flability to HMRC in respect of unpaid PAYE, NIC and VAT has been extracted from the Company's books
and records as provided by the directors and / or the Company's advisors The outstanding liabilities are in
respect of the folowing penods
