1 The statement of affairs tgnores the costs of insolvency
2 Section 176A of the Insolvency Act 1986 ( the prescribed part) may apply in this case as there 1s a floating
charge created after 15 September 2003 However, it 1s understood that there may be a minimal amount due to
the charge holder under the cross guarantee therefore, for the purpose of the statement of affars, the estimated
amount due to the charge holder has been estimated at £1
In this case there are preferential creditors which reduces the prescribed part fund and consequently it 1s
unlikely that the prescribed part will apply
3 The book value for the plant, machinery and stock 1s per the agents, Winterhill Largo, valuation The estimated
to realise value 1s per the offer received from The Student Support Centre Limited
The agents, Winterhill Largo, have advised that this offer should be accepted
4 The company’s bank account has a small credit balance The estimated to realise value 1s uncertain as this may
be offset against any monies owed to them under therr debenture
