                        NOTES TO THE STATEMENT OF AFFAIRS


1. Improvements to Property

The   sum   of   £161,135   represents   the   cumulative   figure   after   depreciation   of   the
improvements to land and buildings over the entire trading history of the Company
This relates to items such as temporary agricultural structures, drainage works and
other groundworks to leased property   As such these items would have no realisable
value on a forced sale basis

2. Book Debts

Given that the Company’s sales ledger consists of a large number of small accounts
relating to the sale of perishable goods, the anticipated to realise value Is uncertain

3. Employment Tribunal Claims

As stated tn the Director’s Report, the Company disputes any liability in respect of the
Employment Tribunal Claims.       These creditors have therefore been scheduled for a
nominal sum of £1 each to enable them to receive notification of the Liquidation
proceedings only       The total amount claimed by these employees amounts to
c£60,000.
