Notes to the Statement of Affairs


   1)   An estimate of 10% recovery has been placed on the three outstanding book debts due to
        the following reasons
        -   Debtor 1 Ciatming £20,678     Contract in the early stages and only £7,846 of the
            outstanding amount has been certified      Contractor retaining funds for non-performance
            of contract
        -   Debtor 2 Claiming £71,992     Works essentially complete, but the contractor believes that
            they have overpaid by approximately £63,000 and therefore the amount claimed is in
            dispute
        -   Debtor 3 Claiming £89,631     Works essentially complete, but the contractor 1s claiming
            delay and contra clams


   2)   There are £12,346 of retentrons which are due on completed contracts      A 75% recovery rate
        has been applied to these retentions to allow for snagging works

        There are £43,078 of retentions which are due on part completed contacts      A 25 % recovery
        rate has been applied to these retentions


   3)   AVAT refund has been submitted for £51,536 and ts due fram H M Revenue & Customs
        H M Revenue & Customs are due £2,421 by the Company in respect of PAYE and NIC
        Assuming H M Revenue & Customs apply Crown set-off, it is estimated that £49,115 will be
        received for the benefit of creditors As a result,   HM Revenue & Customs will not have a
        claim in the Liquidation
