1      The inclusion of any claim does not constitute an admittance of the debt   All claims are subject
       to formal adjudication

2      The above estimates are subject to the expenses of the liquidation and the expenses of
       realisation

3      The bank has no fixed or floating charges over the company’s assets

4      There has been a professional valuation carried out tn relation to the company asset Jamie
       Whitmarsh FNAVA of AMS Auctions valued the assets at a forced sale basis of £450 00 and a
       going concern basis of £2,500 00

5      The cash at bank figure of £1,384 83 is as of the 26 December 2014

6      VAT ts outstanding for the period 2012 to date and includes penalties
