I The statement of affairs ignores the costs of insolvency
2 The amounts owed from the Company's book debts are uncertain and a provision of 75% in respect of the
recoverability has been made The company 1s the registered proprietor of the property at Stickland Street in Hull
and the book value has been taken from the unaudited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2011 The
company's chattel assets were value by Gilbert Baitson who are valuers and auctioneers in Hull The book values
are taken from the net book value of assets in the unaudited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2011
H M Revenue and Customs have distrained on motor vehicles and this will be dealt with by a duly appointed
liquidator
3 The amounts owed to the Company's unsecured creditors have been estimated and it will be left to the subsequently
appointed liquidator to agree the claims of the Company's creditors
4 The amounts owed to the Company's employees has been estimated from the claims received from the Company's
employees and the Company's records The employees’ claims include claims for arrears of wages / holiday pay /
notice pay and redundancy pay
