Notes to the statement of affairs as at 18 August 2014

 |        The statement of affairs ignores the costs of insolvency
2         Section 176A of the Insolvency Act 1986 (the prescribed part) does not apply in this case as
          there 1s no floating charge created after 15 September 2003

3.        The cash in hands of accountants is monies transferred from the company's bank account along
          with debts collected from former customers of the business   In addition a number of cheques are
          held which are yet to be presented to the bank

4         The company's bank accounts are in credit, they will be closed by the liquidator in due course

5         The inclusion of creditor balances on the statement of affairs 1s as per the company's records
          The amount due to MW Bayes (deceased) 1s not certain, part of the claim will be met by
          insurers Claims of creditors will be subject to admission by the duly appointed liquidator in the
          usual way
