                  NOTES TO DIRECTOR'S ESTIMATED STATEMENT OF AFFAIRS
                                   AS AT 14 APRIL 2011
1 Land and Buildings

 This relates to improvements carried out by the Company to its leasehold trading premises, throughout its
 trading history, the majority of which was carried out in the earher years, at a cost of £176,774 As such
 therefore, there ts unlikely to be any recovery in this respect

2 Plant and Machinery etc

 This comprises of various Apple computers, purchased between 2008 and 2009 The value of these
 assets has been estimated by the director, on a "forced sale" (1 e if sold at auction) for the purposes of
 the Statement of Affairs

3 Investments

 This relates to the purchase of the shares in Cleanbrite Limited, being a wholly owned subsidiary, in
 1991, from which the Company received distnbutions from its profits However, Cleanbrite Ltd have also
 now been placed into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, with a resolution for its Winding Up passed earlier
 on 14 April 2011    Consequently, there is not anticipated to be any further return on the Company's
 investment

4 Cash at Bank

  This is the current credit balance believed to be held in the Company's current account with National
  Westminster Bank plc and should therefore be fully recoverable in to the liquidation

5 HM     Revenue & Customs (Corp Tax)

  The outstanding Corporation Tax relates to the liability owing for the accounting year ended                     31 August
  2008

6 Connected Company - Cleanbrite Limited

  Monies    are owed   to the connected   creditor,   Cleanbrite   Limited,   which,   as   noted   above,   has   also   been
  placed into Creditors Votuntary Liquidation

7 The costs and expenses of the liquidation have not been accounted for
