Comments on the Directors’ Statement of Affairs

The Statement of Affairs does not reflect the costs of insolvency and realisation

Assets



Debtors

The books debts were factored to Ashley Commercial Finance Limited

There are two remaining debtors, which are not subject to the factomng agreement, one for
£1,396 and the other for £14,000              The Directors anticipate £1,000 will be recovered in respect
of the first debtor However, the second debtor 1s refusing to pay anything as 1t is engaged in
litigation with the Factors, Ashley Commercial Finance Limited

Work-in-Progress

Work-in-progress     relates      to    one      contract   and   the   Directors   anticipate     £1,000    will   be
recovered


Unsecured creditors
Unsecured   liabilities   total        £93,911      The     amounts     shown   have   been      derived    from    the
Company’s records and may not necessarily agree with your own records         However, the
amounts stated will not prejudice your claim as it will be agreed by the Liquidator in due
course Creditors may also be entitled to claam VAT Bad Debt Relief on their claims

£18,000 of the unsecured claims total relates to the funds that Alan Pearce, one the Directors,
personally injected into the Company
