The debt due from Debenhams in the sum of £79,547 74 1s disputed, due to quality control     It will be the
appointed liquidators duty to accertain the merits of this dispute

The Director has advanced this sum in order to meet the costs of Liquidation and it ts therefore included in
his balance as a creditor
