3 The company owns a small plot of land in Scotland which 1s currently rented to a third party This asset will be considered turther by
the liquidator in the normal manner
4 The company has made improvements to the rented property these momies are not considered to be recoverable
5 The cash mm hand of accountants 1s montes held in the Redman Nichols Butler chent account being monies collected from former
customers of the company
6 The book debts are as per the company records as at 18 July 20] 1 Provision has been made for known doubtful debts in calculating the
estimate to realise value
7 The book value of the stock 1s the cost value as per the company records on 12 July 2011 The realisable value of the stock 1s uncertain,
items are old and others are of a very specialist nature Agents will be instructed to deal with the sale of these assets in due course
