L     The inclusion of any claim does not constitute an admittance of the debt. All claims are
      subject to formal adjudication.                                                       .

2.    The above estimates are subject to the expenses of the liquidation and the expenses of
      realisation.

3.    The company has an overdraft facility of £7,000 which has been personally guaranteed by
      the director. However, the facility has never been used.

4.    The vehicle valuations are based on figures provided to the director by the focal garage
      that services them. Valuation of the other assets is based on the director's estimates, and
      no professional valuation has been obtained.

5.    The company’s largest customer has been placed into administration. A balance of
      £61,046 is outstanding. The administrator's proposals are not yet available and therefore
      it Is unclear whether any of this debt will be recoverable. A further debt of £1,938 has
      been written down by 80% as it is over 5 months old. One book debt totalling £ £1,120 is
      expected to be collectible.

6.    PAYE/NIC is outstanding for the month of December 2008 only.

7.    VAT is outstanding for the period 1 December 2008 to date.

8.    The company occupies premises that are owned by the director. There is no formal lease
      agreement in place but the company has paid a commercial rent, based on an agent's
      valuation in order to meet the mortgage payments.

9.    The amounts owing preferentially and non-preferentially to the employees relate to
      arrears of wages, pay in lieu of notice, holiday pay and redundancy.
