NOTES TO THE ESTIMATED                     STATEMENT            OF AFFAIRS
These notes are prepared as a guide to explain some of the items within the Statement of
Affairs It will be a matter for the duly appointed liquidators to investigate all such items in
due course
1     The Statement of Affairs 1s prepared prior to the application of the costs of Liquidation
2     Book values are taken from the financial statements for the period ending 31 May 2011
      unless stated otherwise.
      The Goodwill of the business was not shown in the financial statements. The goodwill has

      been independently valued by Charterfields International Assets Consultants who
      estimated going concern value of £1,500 It will be for the duly   appointed liquidators  to
      investigate

      The plant and machinery was shown 1n the financial statements to have a net book
      of £14,283. This mcludes 2 decontamination units, scaffoldi  ng  system  componen ts   and
      minor ttems of hand tools The assets have been independently      valued by Charterfie lds
      International Assets Consultants who have estimated going concern value of £3,200. It
      will be for the duly appointed liquidators to investigate
      The office furniture and equipment was not shown in the financial statements This
      includes 3 Computers, a printer and a fax machine The office furniture is leased along
      with the trading premises     The assets have been independently valued by Charterfields
      International Assets Consultants who have estimated going concern value of £150 It will
      be for the duly appointed liquidators to investigate
      The stock was not shown in the financial statements This includes personal protection

       appointed liquidators to investigate and agree claims.
    10 Amounts due to HM Revenue and Customs in respect of Corporation Tax, PAYE, NI, CIS
       and VAT represent monses due for pertod outstanding from April 2011 onwards
