I    The statement of affairs ignores the costs of solvency




2    Section 176A of the Insolvency Act 1986 ( the prescribed part) does apply in this case as there 1s a floatiny
     charge created after 15 September 2003 However, it 1s understood that there may be a minimal amount d
     to the charge holder under the cross guarantee therefore, for the purpose of the statement of affairs, the
     estimated amount due to the charge holder has been estimated at £1



3    The book value for the plant, machinery and stock is per the agents, Winterhill Largo, valuation     The
     estimated to realise value 1s per the offer received from The Student Support Centre Limited

     The agents, Winterhill Largo, have advised that this offer should be accepted



4    The company’s bank account has a small credit balance The estimated to realise value 1s uncetain as this
     be offset against any monies owed to them under their debenture




5    The debts due to HM Revenue & Customs are best estimates only




6    The inclusion of creditor balances on the statement of affairs 1s as per the company's records   Claims of
