Notes to the statement of affairs as at 1 July 2014

1   The statement of affairs ignores the costs of insolvency.

2   Section 176A of the Insolvency Act 1986 ( the prescribed part) 1s anticipated not to apply in
    this case as although there 1s a floating charge created after 15 September 2003, the secured
    creditor should be paid in full from specifically charged assets
3   A number of former customers owe monies in respect of work completed by the company, the
    debts are subject to an invoice finance agreement with Bibby Financial Services
4   The cash in hands of accountants is monies held m the Redman Nichols Butler client account
    being funds realised by the sale of the company's assets (£1,800) and funds loaned to the
    company by its director in respect of the costs and expenses of the liquidation.

    Clean Air Filtration Limited purchased the company's chattel assets for £1,500 plus VAT on 30
    June 2014 Gilbert Baitson, a firm of independent agents, recommended this sale be accepted

    M Bell, a director of the company, is a director of this company

5   The inclusion of creditor balances on the statement of affairs 1s as per the company's records
    Claims of creditors will be subject to admission by the duly appointed liquidator 1n the usual
    way
