Notes to the statement of affairs as at 18 December 2014

    1   The statement of affairs ignores the costs of insolvency

2       Section 176A of the Insolvency Act 1986 ( the prescribed part) will not apply in this case as
        although there 1s a floating charge created after 15 September 2003 the secured creditor is not
        owed any monies
3.      The cash in hands of accountants 1s monies held in the Redman Nichols Butler client account
        being book debts collected from the customers of the company

4       The stock, plant & machinery, fixtures & fittings etc have been inspected and valued by Gilbert
        Baitson, auctioneers and valuers of Hull and they have provided the estimated to realise amount.
        The book value 1s taken from the company accounts to 30 November 2013

5       Anumber of former customers owe money to the company, however many of the debts are old
        and disputed The liquidator will endevour to collect monies

6       The position regarding the company's bank account 1s not known      The account will be closed    in
        due course

7       The inclusion of current creditors on the statement of affairs 1s as per the company's records.
        The claims of the creditors in the CVA have been listed after a payment to them of 10p in the £,
        a further payment from the CVA estate 1s antipated Claims of creditors will be subyect to
        admission by the duly appointed liquidator in the usual way
