    Assets

    Assets not Specifically Pledged.

    4.1.     The   Director advised that all other fixed assets,                  including stock and              shop
             fixtures   &     fittings,   were      disposed        of    prior    to   cessation       of     trade
             Accordingly there are no company assets

    Creditors

    4.2.     Preferential Creditors

             The director has advised that he did not take a wage                         from the company
             The company had no other employees                               Accordingly,      there        are     no
             preferential claims tn the liquidation

    4.3      HM Revenue & Customs

             The director has estimated that a total of £13,980 is owed to the HM
             Revenue & Customs in regards to VAT for the period June 2009 to date

             The   director     does      not    believe    that    there    is   any   Corporation          Tax      or
             PAYE/NIC owed to HM Revenue & Customs

    4.4      Trade and Expense Creditors

             The amounts stated in the statement of affairs have been supplied by the
             director who      believes that these creditors have                 outstanding    montes        owed
             to them     The figure detailed in the estimated Statement of Affairs is
             subject to the agreement of creditors’ claims Creditors’ amounts include
             VAT where applicable

    4.5      Director’s Loan Accounts

             The company’s abbreviated accounts as at 31 March 2009, do not contain
             the information any information as to the director’s loan account

             The director       however         advises    that    he    is currently    due    £6,000       by the
             company

    4.6      Lloyds TSB Bank Plc

             The bank has confirmed that the company                        bank account Is overdrawn by
             £22,398 53       This debt has been personally guaranteed by the director

4.7   General

      The estimated Statement of Affairs is subject to the Liquidator’s costs and
