    This relates to the VAT due for the penods ending January 2013 to the cessation of rade

5   HM Revenue & Customs - PAYE

    This retates to the PAYE due for the period ended January 2013 to the cessation of trade

6   HM Revenue & Customs - Corporation Tax

    This relates to the Corporation Tax due for the period ended Apni 2013

7   Employee Entitlements
    Final employee claims are estumated The Company's employees are enttied to claim for any wage arrears accrued
    hobday pay notice penod entitlement and redundancy payments Of these clams wages up to £800 and all holiday
    18 preferential which means that these amounts have to be sattled in full pnoc to any other unsecured claims
    Any remaining claim ranks equally with all other unsecured creditors
&   Fees and Expenses
    In prepanng the Statement of affairs na account was taken of the cost af holding meetings of members and creditors or the costs of iqudation The
    Company has agreed a fee of £6 500 plus VAT and disbursements in respect of assistanca provided in the preparation of the Statement of Affairs and
