1      The inclusion of any claim does not constitute an admittance of the debt All claims are subject
       to formal adjudication

2      The above estimates are subject to the expenses of the liquidation and the expenses of
       realisation

3      The valuations are the director's estimates, and no professional! valuation has been obtained

4      It 1s anticipated that book debts will be pard in full as at the current time no quenes have been
       raised in relation to outstanding invotces

5      PAYE/NIC ts outstanding for the months of March 2013 and April 2013

6      VAT refunds are due to the company for the quarters ending 30 November 2012, 28 February
       2013 and the period 1 March to 6 June 2013 These refunds will be available for Crown Offset
       against other Crown debts such as PAYE

7      The amounts owing preferentially and non-preferentially to the employees relate to arrears of
       wages, pay In lieu of notice, and holiday pay Wages are outstanding for part of April and May
       2013
