Book Debts


The Book Value and details of the debt due to Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance ("LTSBCF"} have been supplied by LTSBCF                 The Estimated Realisable Value
of the ledger has been reached after deduction of debts which have been disallowed by LTSBCF

Cash at Bank and in Hand

This represents the balance of funds held within the ThomtonRones Limited cent account and within the Company's Lloyds account

Tangible Assets

The Book Value has been taken from the accounts for the penod ending 30 September 2012

The Company s assets have been subject to a valuation by Independent agents          Messrs AgentCite Limited    itis from this valuation that the realisable values
have been denved

Employee Enttlements

Final employee claims are estimated The Company's employees are entitled to claim for any wage arrears accrued holiday pay notice penod entitlement and
redundancy payments     Of these claims, wages up to £800 and ail holiday is preferential which means that these amounts have to be settled in full prior to any
other unsecured clams

Any remaining claim ranks equally with all other unsecured creditors

Prescnbed Part/Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance Limited {(“LTSBCF”)

As part of the provisions of the Enterpnse Act 2002    for all insolvencies after 15 September 2003 the Crown s preferential status as a creditor was abolished



The policy is that the funds made available from the removal of the Crown s preferential status should flow to the unsecured creditors the act provides that a
portion of the net property (the net assets othermse available for floating charge holders) should be set aside for unsecured creditors’ benefit


Section 252 of the Enterpnse Act inserts a new section 176A into the Insalvency Act 1986 (IA 86)and provides that where a floating charge relates to property
of a company that goes into liquidation administration provisional liquidation or receivership the office-holder must make a “prescnbed part” of the company s
net property available to unsecured creditors (ie after taking into account any liability subject to a fixed charge any preferential debts and the costs of realising
the company s property) This only apply to floating charges created after 15 September 2003


The level at which the prescnbed part will be calculated is as follows

               +         The prescnbed minimum wil be set at £10 000
               -         50% of the first £10 000 of net property
               .         20% of net property thereafter
               :         Up to a maximum prescnbed part of £600,000

tn thts case whilst LTSBCF have a charge created after 15 September 2003 they are expected to be repaid in full under their fixed charge           therefore no
Prescnbed Part has been provided for within the above statement as it can only be deducted from Floating Charge distnbutions
