NOTES    TO THE STATEMENT        OF AFFAIRS

1   The Freehold Land & Property has been valued by Watsons     Estate Agents

2 No investigation has been made of the validity of the fixed charges of Royal Bank of Scotland or Atchtnsons    The charges have been assumed
as valid for the purposes of the Statement of Affairs

3 A general bad debt provision of £25,000 00 has been made agaist the Company's        book debts for the purposes of the Statement of Affairs

4   Cash at bank relates to funds held in the Liquidators bank account in respect of the Members Voluntary Liquidation

5 No account has been taken in the preparation of the Statement of Affairs of statutory interest that may be payable or claimable pursuant to the
Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
