Notes.

1        The information contained               within     this     Statement       of   Affairs   is     based   upon   details
         provided by the Company

2.         The     debtors    comprise      of debts      due      from   Archis    International        Ltd   in the amount   of
         £20,000 and £10,000 due from Mrs Jane Mackie.   However, Mrs Mackie has a counter
         claim that has yet to be quantified and is shown as a contingent creditor for £1
         accordingly.

3        The plant and machinery comprises a cement mixer and various tools of the trade, eg
         hammers.    Such equipment has no resale value and thus ts not anticipated to result in
         any proceeds for the estate

4,       The     inclusion   of any claim    does     not constitute an admittance              of the debt        All claims are
         subject to formal adjudication,

5.       Subject to costs and           expenses.

6.       No provision        has been    made    for staff claims

7        Subject to verbal explanation              at the meeting         of creditors

8        Where      applicable   trade creditors are shown                inclusive of VAT
