            The Company s assets have been valuad by an independant and professional valuers Messrs Agentcite Limited

         2 Trade & Expense Creditors

            A list of the trade and expense creditors 1s attached as Appendix 8

         3 HMRC      VAT


            This debt retates to the VAT due from the date of incorporabon af the Company

         4 HMRC - PAYE

            This relates to PAYE due for the year 2012/13



         8 Employee Entitlements
            Final employee claims are estimated   The Company's emptoyess are entitled to claim for any wage alrears accrued holiday pay notice penod enutlement
            and redundancy payments Of these claims wages up to £600 and all holiday pay 1s preferential whch means that these amounts have to be settled in full
            phor to any other unsecured claims
            Any remaining claim ranks equally with all other unsecured creditors

         6 Fees and Expenses

            In prepanng the Statement of affairs no account was taken of the cost of holding meetings of members and creditors or the costs of liquidation The
            Company has agreed a fee of £5 000 plus VAT including disbursements in respect of assistance provided in the preparation of the Statement of Affairs
            and in convening meetings of the Company's members and creditors
