The Company’s Statement of Affairs

Mr Ling purchased the company’s tangible assets that had a depreciated book value of
£32,625 per the last accounts for £4,000 plus vat to allow the company to pay for Its
liquidation on 21" October 2014 The director considers this to be a transaction at fair value
No professional valuation was carried out

The unsecured creditors are estimated as follows

TRANSACTIONS WITH RELATED PARTIES

Mr Ling 1s a creditor by way of his loan account and has also personally guaranteed the
hability to the bank The company also traded from his personal address

! can advise that the figures included on the Statement of Affairs and accompanying
schedules are based on estimates provided by the director in the absence of full and
complete accounting records and those creditor's claims were received at the time of
preparation of these documents      This will not prejudice creditors’ rights to claim different
amounts where applicable in the liquidation
