               I am writing to advise you that I was appointed the Liquidator of the above company at
               the meeting of creditors held on 20 March 2015. No Liquidation committee was formed

               the Director's estimated statement of affairs, history of the business and other information

               Insolvency Rules 1986, that no dividend will be declared in this case, unless the positron changes
