                  NOTES TO DIRECTORS’ ESTIMATED STATEMENT OF AFFAIRS
                                   AS AT 22 APRIL 2015


1        The Company owns a small amount of office furniture and equipment, which 1s ascribed
         a book value in its records of £32,711  These items have been valued by an independent
         firm of valuers Its nominal estimated to realise value reflects the current secondhand
         market for the same

2        The Company ts not expecting to receive any claims from former employees

3        HM Revenue & Customs Is owed circa £10,465 in respect of income tax and national
         insurance contributions arising from salary payments made during February and March
         2015

4        HM Revenue & Customs is owed circa £40,366 in respect of unpaid VAT for the quarters
         ending December 2014 and March 2015

5        HM Revenue & Customs is owed circa £16,610 in respect of Corporation Tax due for the
         year ending 30 April 2014

         Company, for which no payments have been made

7        The Company's lease to the property in Dunstable has a further two years to run For the
         sake of prudency, an amount equal to 12 months rent is included as a claim for the
         purposes of the Statement of Affairs The Company's landlord also holds a rent deposit of
         £3,500

8        The Estimated Total Deficiency of the Company does not take into consideration the
         potential costs and expenses of the winding up
