        The net book values shown are taken from the last accounts filed for the year ended 31 December
        2012 in which the assets were shown at £Nil According to the Director, the items remaining are 4
        sunbeds, which do not comply with current EU Regulations and therefore cannot be used, but may
        have a scrap value Other assets include 6 chairs purchased in 1995, two landlines phones about ten
        years old and five plastic bins In view of the nature, age and condition of these assets it 1s not likely
        that they would be economic to realise, however, for the purpose of the Statement of Affairs their
        estimated realisable value have been shown as “uncertain”
