                                  HISTORY OF THE COMPANY



Maple Facilities Limited is a private limited company which was incorporated on 10th October 2013 to
carry on business in the supply of labour from premises at Unit 5, Maple Farm, Botley Road,
Curdndge, Southampton, S032 2DU

The registered office of the Company was Maple Farm, Botley Road, Curdridge, Southampton, SO32
2DU although this has been changed to Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 1HN for the
purpose of the meeting.

The authonsed share capital of the Company is 100 Ordinary Shares of £1 each and the shareholder of
the Company ts Mr M St Ledger

The Director of the Company is Mr M St Ledger.

The Company commenced trading upon incorporation but was unable to reach a break even turnover

In early 2015, the Director sought the advice of the Company’s accountant who in tum introduce him to
Mr WC Swindell who advised that the Company was insolvent and should proceed into voluntary
liquidation

The Director therefore, gave the necessary instructions in order to place the Company into Creditors
Voluntary Liquidation
