The Company had a tracked excavator on a lease purchase contract from Hyundai
Construction Finance Ltd The excavator has been returned to the finance company
Fixed Asset Investments
The Company's fixed asset investments have been valued by the Director at £1
Debtors
The Company has book debts at 29 August 2014 of £65,543 The director has estimated that
after provisions these debts will realise £13,294
Associated Company
There 1s an outstanding debts from an associated Company, Fry Demolition Limited, with an
estimated balance of £148,288 However, due to the financial position of this Company, the
director estimates the amount recoverable to be uncertain
Nat West Bank
The Company operated a current account with Nat West Bank Pic and the estimated balance
on the current account is £62,378 The Company also has a Bank deposit account with the
Bank of £1 which gives net cash at bank of £62,379 The Bank ts secured by a fixed and
floating debenture created 6 October 2000 and ts registered on 17 October 2000
Preferential Creditors
The amount is estimated at £20,567 and ts due to the fact that twenty former employees have
been made redundant and are awaiting payments for wages and any unpaid holiday pay
