         The Company's assets have been sutyect to a valuation by independent agents, Messrs AgentCite Limited for the purposes of the Statement of Affairs, it
         \s from this vatuation that the realisable vatues have been denved

         Goodwill

         The Goodwill has an estumated realisable value of £1000        This ts subject to a fixed charge held by Lloyds TSB Bank PLC created on 26 January 2001


         Motor Vehicles

         The Company has two Encumbered Vehicles

         A 2009 Nissan Navarra Pick up Truck with a mileage of 117 000 miles ts subject to finance with Close Motor Finance Limited The valuation has allowed
         for a settlement figure of £3 370 The Vehicle has a personalised registration with an approximate value of £500

         A 2012 Citroen Berlingo Van with a mileage of 48,000 miles 1s subject to finance with MW vehicle Contracts Limited An allowance has been made within
         the valuation for a settlement figure of £5 266

         Stock & Plant

         The book value has been taken from the accounts for the year ending 30 November 2012

         Stock which consists of vanous matenals and plant which consists of general building equipment has an estimated to realise value of £300

         Office Furniture & Equipment

         The book value has been taken from the accounts for the year ending 30 November 2012

         The assets which consist of general Computers      desks and chairs has an estimated to realise vatue of £200

         Motor Vehicies

         There are 7 unencumbered vehicles which had a book value of £27 559 in the accounts for the year ending 30 November 2012

         As a result of the high miieage   age and condition of these vehicles it is estimated that £4 800 will be realisable

         Debtors/WiP.

         The director has advised that the majonty of the debtors are of considerable age and are unlikely to be recoverable

         Messrs Agentcite Limited     have been provided with a schedule of existing contracts requiring completion     The valuation takes into consideration the level
         of works remaining    costs to complete and estimated profit


         Prepayments/Accrued Income

         Other debtors listed in the accounts for the year ending 30 November 2012 consisted of prepayments and accrued income with a book value of £71 298



         Employee Entitlements - Arrears of Wages         & Holiday Pay

         Final employee claims are estimated     The Company's employees are entitled to claim for any wage arrears        accrued holiday pay, notice period entitlement
         and redundancy payments       Of these claims wages up to £800 and all holiday ts preferential which means that these amounts have to be settled in full
         pnor to any other    unsecured claims


         Any remaining claim ranks equally with all other unsecured creditors

         Trade & Expense Creditors.

         A schedule of the Company's creditors is attached at Appendix B


    10   Director's / Shareholders’

         The Director has injected the sum of £80,000 into the Company, by way of a directors Loan

         The Shareholder Mr Michael Norman has injected the sum of £278,783 by way of a loan
